A Letter to Our Wonderful Customers,


Please read this letter carefully, it has lots of important information:

First and foremost, WE HAVE PLENTY OF MEAT! We have more than quadrupled our incoming deliveries this week to keep bringing the best meat to the best people no matter what. We had record volume days at all markets but DID NOT SELL OUT OF MEAT at any of them. With that in mind, please try to only order what you actually need; there is no need to stockpile excessively, as even if the markets end up closing (which is unlikely at this time) we will be able to ship indefinitely.

With that being said, we will be streamlining our processing operations moving forward, and will likely be eliminating specialty items in favor of efficiency; we will have plenty of meat for you to eat, we are just trying to be as time and space efficient as we possibly can. We will return to our normal full product line as soon as we feel it’s appropriate.


We are currently experiencing approximately 72 hour delays in order shipments. A reminder, we ship Monday-Thursday only, and process all orders in the order received.


For all our Farmers Market and LA/OC area customers, please read the rest of this email carefully, as it details our local operation moving forward.

ATTENTION ALL FARMERS MARKET CUSTOMERS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

MANY LA AND OC MARKETS WILL BE CLOSED, STATUS IS AS FOLLOWS:

AS A RESULT, WE WILL BE OPEN AT OUR HUNTINGTON BEACH WAREHOUSE THIS SATURDAY (FUTURE DATES WILL BE POSTED NEXT WEEK) FROM 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM FOR WALK UP SALES.


Our warehouse is located at: 15562 Graham Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92649

Open Saturday (3/21/2020) from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.


We will not be allowing in-store pickups Monday-Friday at this time; we will email you to let you know if that changes. Please know this is not because we don’t want to serve you, we just have all hands on deck packing boxes to get your meat to you as quickly as humanly possible.

If you placed a pre-order or paid order pickup for the Irvine, Orange or Torrance farmers markets we will do our absolute best to have your order available for pickup at our warehouse Saturday (3/21/20).


ALL Shipping orders will be taken in the order received, no exceptions.

Please know that we appreciate our community, and we have no plans to close. We may run out of a few things here or there, but we have plenty of meat and are already working hard to ensure extra supply is on hand in the coming months.
